Utilizing the building specification document created in the Design and Specifications stage we will approach multiple suppliers with your project information including:

– Specifications for the building type and structure
– Layout plans and room data sheets
– Details of internal fixtures and fittings including mechanical & electrical specifications
– Project Health & Safety requirements
– Contract documents including payment terms

We can work with you to match your specific criteria (budget, location, building design and layout, building use) with the right suppliers who can offer the best solution for your project. Once we’ve found the right team for your job we can help you take your project to contract.

PERMITTING AND APPLICATIONS

Every construction project must comply with local and provincial building regulations. We can help you navigate some of the differences and help you to work with the various authorities and/or energy efficiency program providers in the process. To this end we can assist with:

From project inception, through to handing over the keys, Built  provides a fully integrated project management service. The key in both mass timber or modular construction project management is to understand the timing differences occurring as a result of simultaneous site work and manufacturing and to properly account for the accompanying logistics.
