Every Built Prefab modular home is designed with the following premium interior finishes:

• 9′ + Ceilings
• 1/2″, Square Corner Drywall Throughout, Water Resistant Aqua board in Shower and Bath
• Drywall returns at all windows and exterior doors
• 3.5″x1/2 Baseboard and 2.5″x5/8″ Casing
• Premium high-hide eggshell latex paint – white with 1 coat primer – white, 2 coats finish
