This is the first step in designing your own Built Prefab modular home.

Working with our design team, you will get conceptual drawings and pricing for your project.

This means we will provide:

– a custom floorplan to suit your project; and
– a menu of options for building envelope, kitchens, baths, windows and doors, exteriors and other details.

At the end of the end of Part 1 we will provide you with renderings, a 3D walkthrough and a detailed building specification list with build pricing specific to your lot.

The complete process is handled online via phonecall, facetime and screenshare.

Part 1, when combined with the Standard Design Package – Part 2, gives you everything you need to apply for the necessary building permits and take your project to production.
