General Estimate for Foundation, Craning and Installation

This estimate covers the essential components for site preparation, building a foundation, and installing your modular home at the site.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• General excavation to prepare the site for construction.
• Construction of a 3′ crawlspace foundation with a 2″ insulated concrete slab, designed to provide a durable and energy-efficient base for your home.
• Electrical and water service installation, including pulling service lines to the foundation and ensuring all utility connections are in place.
• A six-hour crane day to carefully lift and place your modular home onto the foundation, ensuring proper alignment and safety.
• Installation team services, including the assembly of the home modules, structural connections, and securing the home to the foundation.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing connections, to fully integrate the home’s systems with site utilities.
• Interior and exterior finishing tasks, such as siding, trim, drywall, and any touch-ups required to complete the home to your specifications.
