This single-level home with an attached 24’×24′ garage is built entirely from CLT—floors, walls, and roof. The result is a structure that feels quiet, solid, and grounded, with a naturally refined interior finish.
Designed for Step-Code performance, this project blends clean Scandinavian-inspired lines with a robust building envelope built for BC’s mountain climate.

Further south, we’re constructing a CLT-framed secondary dwelling on ALR land—a modular home that installs quickly with minimal site disruption. Designed as an A277/Z240 hybrid, this project balances exposed timber warmth with clean, efficient detailing.
